Coaching Philosophy:
Geoff Elmore’s philosophy emphasizes both personal fulfillment and competitive excellence. For most athletes, his goal is to instill a sense of accomplishment and joy through the process of tackling challenges that may not offer immediate rewards. For elite athletes, the focus is on qualifying for and excelling at the State Championship each year.

Program Success:
The Los Gatos High School Cross Country program has a strong tradition of excellence, built over 30 years of dedication from athletes and coaches alike. The program continues to excel at both the league and State levels, with multiple State Championship appearances for both boys' and girls' teams.
